Getting started is easy!

Just follow our simple three-step process:

  1. Create an account in our Mindbody system
  2. Sign the liability waiver and give us the 411 on your fitness history and expectations
  3. Purchase your 30 Day Jump Start & Coach Jess will contact you to set up your Success Session  
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
*Please be on time to training
*All training sessions must be booked at least 15 minutes before start time
*All training sessions MUST be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to start time. If you late cancel, you will forfeit a session.
