Private Training sessions are available based on Coach Jess' schedule and are limited to 1 session per student.

If you are new new to Knockout:
  • You will receive a complimentary Success Session
  • During your session Coach Jess will teach you Kettlebell basics and our 5 essential movements - Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull & Core
  • This session will also allow Coach Jess to assess your movement and readiness for our small group training sessions
  • Your Success Session will give us the opportunity to help you set realistic goals and a plan to reach them 
If you are a new or veteran student:
  • During your private session Coach Jess will teach you Kettlebell basics if you are new to this type of training
  • This session allows Coach Jess to help you master your movement technique or learn advanced skills
