Two ways to get started! See your options below!



Knockout Foundations

All new students are required to attend our Knockout Foundations clinic in order to participate in our group training. Your first session is FREE.  During this clinic we will:
  • Instruct you on our monthly warm-up
  • Teach you our essential movements
  • Ensure you are using proper form
  • Give you guidance on exercise selection
  • Review our personalized training system
  • Give a you sample of our Knockout Training
Offered Mondays 5:30pm & Saturdays 9:30am
