You don't have to be an athlete or in shape to train at KO. We do ask that you give 100% of what you have each day you train with us, that you respect your fellow Knockouts and that you take our advice. If you have injuries that limit your range of motion or certain medical conditions, we might not be the best place for you to train. Email us at email@example.com if you have any questions.
Yes! Our training sessions are intense, but they allow you to work at your own pace. We recommend you ease into training and start by attending no more than 3 sessions per week.
We totally understand the desire to see the results of your hard work in the gym in your appearance. At Knockout, we don't focus on weight or appearance based goals. We encourage our Knockouts to focus on building a healthy lifestyle first. There is no way for KO Coaches or any coach to tell you how long it will take for you to see size or weight loss results. Focus on the process.
Complete our new student registration and purchase your 30 Day Jump Start. We will contact you within 24 hours to book your Success Session. Once you've completed your Success session you can start booking your training sessions.
Our Success Session is a one-on-one session (45-60 minutes) with a coach to help get you set up to have a great training experience with us. We will assess your movement and provide guidance on exercise variations you will want to use during our small group training if necessary. We will teach you Hardstyle Kettlebell technique and our essential movements. And of course we will help you set realistic health & fitness goals that you can achieve with us! Your body, a great attitude and water (maybe a towel too). Please bring in clean training shoes to wear. We suggest training barefoot, in socks, or in flat soled training shoes. We don't recommend running shoes or sneakers.
You must be 18 years old or older to participate in our small group training.
Each day's training is different but every class is designed to get you strong and fit. We always warm up as a group and then the coach will review the workout for the day. Next, it's time to break into teams to work through various stations of strength and conditioning drills. We utilize kettlebells, battling ropes, TRX, and more.
