In a small group environment we will coach you through a full-body functional training session that incorporates a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight and more. Our training sessions are designed to help you build strength and get fit without having to spend hours in the gym. We program our training in 4 week blocks, giving you the opportunity to train effectively & safely in order to see progress each week.
