Training sessions are 45 to 60 minutes long and include up to 16 participants and one to two coaches. In every session, we will explain what we’re doing, how to do it, and why we’re doing it. If you’re ever unclear, let us know!

KNOCKOUT TRAINING

In a small group environment we will coach you through a full-body functional training session that incorporates a variety of equipment including kettlebells, TRX, bodyweight and more. Our training sessions are designed to help you build strength and get fit without having to spend hours in the gym.  We program our training in 4 week blocks, giving you the opportunity to train effectively & safely in order to see progress each week.  Stop worrying about what to do when you go to the gym, let us take care of that.  You just show up, work hard and see results.  Enjoy the benefits of private training with the camaraderie of a team atmosphere. 


RESERVATION POLICIES

  1. You MUST pre-book all training sessions at least 15 minutes prior to class start time
  2. You MUST cancel training sessions at least 2 hours prior to session start time to avoid losing a session credit
