August Open Training Times

Member doing battling ropesWe are excited to test out a new training option in August! We will be offering open training times on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00pm-7:30pm.  You can come in and start your training anytime during those hours, you just need to be done by 7:30pm (we suggest starting no later than 6:45pm).  We will still be there helping and coaching you along the way.  This option gives you the flexibility and freedom to come in at various times and get started as soon as you get to the gym.  

You will still need to pre-book your training time and sign in when you arrive.  You will sign up for a 6pm, 6:15pm, 6:30pm or 6:45pm start time.  The 30 minute sign up window and 2 hour cancellation policy still apply based on the time you sign up for. 

Once you get to the gym, grab your training log, start your warm-up and get to work.  

If it's your first time doing the workout of a particular day, no worries we will be there to explain everything.  

Love training with a fellow member?  Just hit each other up to be sure train at the same time on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

You will still get the camaraderie of the team atmosphere and the personalized coaching you love with the added benefit of a flexible schedule.
