FREE At Home Workout

4TH OF JULY AT HOME WORKOUTWe are closed 7/3-7/4 for the Fourth of July holiday, but no fear we won't leave you high and dry if you are eager to get a workout in over the holiday weekend! Below we are sharing a simple, yet effective at-home workout for you to try!

July Warm Up
Do each superset 3 times (i.e. A1 + A2 x 3 sets) and then move to the next OR move from exercise to exercise circuit style.

A1.  Walking Lunges x 8/each side
A2.  Push-ups x 8

B1.  1 Leg Deadlift x 8/each side
B2.  Plank with Hip tap x 4/each side

C1.  Crawling x 30 seconds
C2.  Lateral Shuffle x 30 seconds

D1.  Skaters x 8/each side
D2.  Burpees x 8-10

Have access to kettlebells? Here's some other options...

A1.  Goblet Walking Lunges x 8/each side
A2.  Push-ups x 8

B1.  1 Leg Deadlift with 1 or 2 KBs x 8/each side
B2.  Plank with Hip tap x 4/each side

C1.  Crawling x 30 seconds
C2.  Lawnmower row x 8/each side

D1.  2 hand swings x 10
D2.  Burpees x 8-10
