Knockout S&C Workouts Week of 12/5/16

Monday:  BOOM
Teams of 4 work together trough 6 minute rounds of strength, metabolic and core drills.  Get in sets as you hinge, squat, slam, push and pull for a set number of reps.

Tuesday: 3 by 1
TRX, KB and TURF! 3 stations, 3 pieces of equipment and 1 killer workout! Teams of 4 workout through 1-arm and 1-leg drills to improve strength, balance and core power!

Wednesday:  STRONG
You are your partners work through 3 exercises per station for reps to complete as many sets as possible in 5 minutes.  Each station includes a strength, core and conditioning/metabolic drills. Leave stronger!

Thursday:  CRUSH
Work withy our parter through 6 stations of one drill per station.  You will crush for 25 seconds and have 10 seconds to rest.  You get to pick your poison too!
