Knockout Combos of the Month

Every month Coach Jess creates a new combo of the month for the Knockouts to work on.  She and the KO Coaches will teach it in class and help you master it throughout the month.  This is a fun way to build boxing skills and develop muscle memory.  Practicing at home will help you master each combo.
