THIS WEEK'S KNOCKOUT TRAINING

Monday: TURBO
Partner up and work together through 6 stations of partner based drills.  You will have 2 drills per station that are 30 seconds each followed by a 45 second rest.  

Tuesday: HIGH ROLLER
Work with your team through 5 stations of strength based drills.  There is one drill per station each focused on one of our 5 essential movements. Roll the dice at each of the 5 stations to determine your reps for the drill.   Top it off with a EMOM metabolic finisher!

Wednesday: SLAYER 
Work with your team of 3 to take care of business.  Functional and effective one minute drills that involve strength, conditioning and teamwork!
Thursday: FUEL
8 one minute rounds of strength drills.  You pick the reps and the load.  Once you finish your reps the remaining time left is your rest and transition to the next station.  Finish it off with our NEW power ball finisher!

Friday: TRIPLE X
Work through three 10 minute AMRAP rounds of strength! Each round will include an upper body, lower body and core drill. Plus a hub & spoke finisher!

Saturday: FIGHTER
Partner up and fight through 8 rounds of metabolic conditioning drills! 35 second intervals with 35 seconds of rest.
